In this instance we had a medical centre with two branch sites who were extremely busy and so sent 4 engineers on their PLT afternoon to complete their calibration, Pat testing, couch and fridge servicing and so the staff and patients barely noticed we had been and there was no disruption to their services. At other sites, we attend at 5 am in the morning or even on a Saturday.
